Post Hotel with disco under where you can hook up, sound familiar 
I came across a forum a while back about a place most likely in east europe where you could meet girls who look for dates at a disco underneath a hotel, the hotel if I recall was mid ranged and fairly nice and I was thinking of treating myself to a few days and checking out this disco...

Could have been Riga or Estonia?

Does it ring a bell for anyone?
