- Rosalina Gonzales had pleaded guilty to a felony charge of injury to a child for what prosecutors had described as a "pretty simple, straightforward spanking case." They noted she didn't use a belt or leave any bruises, just some red marks.
- Sentenced for spanking -- a mother from Corpus Christi, Texas, gets 5 years probation and a fine. In December, police arrested Rosalina Gonzales for spanking her daughter.
The child was almost two years old.
Her daughter's grandmother noticed red marks on the child's rear end and took her to the hospital to be checked out. Gonzales was in court Wednesday to plead guilty to the charge after reaching an agreement with prosecutors.
She'll be on probation for five years and will have to take parenting classes, follow all CPS guidelines, and make a one-time $50 payment to the Children's Advocacy Center.
"You don't spank children today. In the old days, maybe we got spanked, but there was a different quarrel. You don't spank children. You understand?" the judge told Gonzales. Gonzales does not have custody of the child or her other two children. She is working with CPS to get them back, but until the state feels that she is ready, the kids will remain with their paternal grandmother.
What a stupid judge in this case. Typical liberal activist judge, turns out his name is Jose Longoria and he is a Democrat. What a surprise, not! So, now as a parent you can get arrested for spanking your child? Wonderful. I wonder what effect this will have on our society where kids are already such punks with no respect for authority or for their parents anymore. What a cesspool this country is becoming.

children under 2 1/2 tend to be the most curious. They're gonna pull down all your stuff, make a mess, empty all your creams, break stuff at whim, drink the detergent, play in the mud, flood the house & wander out of the house & into the street etc etc.
At this age you have to put stuff away out of their reach & keep a constant eye on them because they learn by seeing, touching everything & tasting. I don't agree with spanking a 2 yr old, it won't do them any good but teach them violence, & mess with their temperament, & in turn they will be harder to raise as the only understanding they will have is to throw tantrums because they learnt anger from you.
I think they were too harsh on Rosalina Gonzales though, because it isn't easy to raise a child, your patience & tolerance are tested to the max, & I can't believe she pleaded guilty to a felony charge of injury to her child, that's crazy. She could have gotten drafted into some anger management classes & some parental support groups or something of the nature.

The Illuminati were always going to bring he press down on women after having dealt with men. Women do not have the intelligence to understand this. I have told THOUSANDS of women that the judiciary will come down on them until they are treated like men...very oppressed...as well as the cops coming down on them....now we are starting to see that.
There is some UN rule, cant remember it off hand, that makes the childs "rights" superior to the parents right to parent the child. In california, I have been told, a child has to be missing for 24 hours before police will act. If the parent goes and collects a run away child the parent can be criminally charged if the runaway child does not wish to return back to the house.
The case I saw was one where a boy did not want to go to church every week, or it might have been twice a week, as his parents required him to do. So he told his school teacher...he was immediately put in "protective care" because we all know how abused a child can be by attending church with his parents...dangerous stuff those churches...
This whole court case went through and the guvment enforced the childs wishes over the parents on threat of incarceration.
Maybe, as more women are thrown in jail for being the parent they chose to be to the child they will start to realise how MEN have felt FOR DECADES.
But I personally do not think western women have the intelligence to even understand that simple correlation.
If they did they would not have been throwing good fathers out of the house all these years.
BTW.
In 2002 I was in Sweden with my then 9 year old son on a train. He started playing up and being a nuisance. He had NEVER played up like this before and I was very surprised. So he got his three warnings and was finally put over my knee and spanked as he needed to be. It was the ONLY spanking of his life that he deserved and I was very confused as to why he did this.
So I asked him why he had pushed until he was spanked. His explanation was his swedish friend had told him that children could not be spanked in sweden and so he wanted to find out if I would spank him in sweden or not. Simple curiosity. I assured him that until the day I died I retained the right to spank him and no one was going to tell me otherwise.
He was fine with that and went about his business.
Not spanking children is a great way to make them very violent and uncontrollable at a later age...and that is what we are seeing in the UK.

So how many children have you raised?
When you have small children you do NOT leave creams and detergents where children can get them so no, they do not "empty your creams" or "drink your detergent".
They do not "break stuff on a whim". The do not "flood the house". They do not "wander out of the house and into the street" if they are properly cared for.
What kind of crazy woman are you?
I have raised FOUR children....all got to 18 without any MAJOR injury. Of course they ALL had minor mishaps along the way as they need to have.

LOL! Women never protested against the police state so long as it was MEN who were being oppressed. Now that WOMEN are also being oppressed, the whiny little bitches start complaining.
This is called KARMA. You bitches helped create this feminist police state, and now it is coming back to BITE YOU.

my point was, we don't know why she spanked the kid but it could be for any of the reasons i mentioned above because children in this age group do stuff of this nature, but you have to be tolerant & patient with them at this age & not hit them but teach them the right thing & yes properly care for them... please don't argue with me you understand exactly what I meant.

I had just posted elsewhere I wanted to try staying in the U.S. for a bit.
Might need to rethink that...
This news story is a tough one for someone who wants children.
Felony conviction and you're stuck in the slave pen forever.
And imagine if you reacted normally when someone came to take your kids.
Dangerous stuff, dangerous place. Like living under occupation by madmen.
