Here is a good "cheesy" horror movie from the 1980's called, "Night of the Comet." It came out in 1984 and stars the rather attractive Catherine Mary Stewart and Kelli Maroney.

The story line is, Halley's comet comes close to the earth's orbit and obliterates the human race except for a few people. What happens next, is very entertaining. The movie is rather funny and not really scary. Check it out, it's on youtube, you can watch it in high definition if you want. Here are the links for the first few segments:

Here is another funny horror movie from the 80's called, "The toxic avenger." It's hilarious and has a lot of hot chicks in it (nuditiy was edited out because of youtube but still has some hot scenes in it). You can watch the whole movie on youtube. Here are the first few segments:
