On average Costa Rican women are hotter because of a better ethnic mix and better health care. But also Costa Rican women have more expose to foreign men, so a foreign man is less of a novelty.

DR is good for all types of Americans, or should I say the dominate males in our society (Black and White Men). Either type of man can get cute girls with more Spanish blood or women with African/West Indies blood.
I have no idea what's in the water, but lots of women have big breasts and big butts but still thin where it counts.

its really a question of do you like mestizas or mulatos. both have similar weather and are surrounded by water. i hear the women in D.R. are easy to lay.

Idk, I have never been to either country, however the DR has a population of around 10,000,000 people as opposed to CR's 5,000,000 so there will be twice as many women in the DR.
