A few of us may find it amusing that you are conflicted as to which way you should go...Maybe you could rate hookers' talents like the "Insect" did in HK...with scores for different talents. Do you think your girl would help you come up with a score card for hookers' talents?
Maybe she would help you videotape your episodes for sale in the XXX industry...at least she would make some money off your exploits that way...

I'm not conflicted. My inclination is to show both sides, since both sides contribute to being "Happier Abroad". I am merely bringing up this topic for brainstorming. As a chess player, I calculate the pros and cons of every possible move, no matter how absurd. That leads to maximum effectiveness in my book. That's how I think.

Personally, if this turns into a hooker-hookup site, I'm gone. There's enough of that crap all over the net, plus you'll loose your cred with MANY guys who are seriously struggling with the feminazi situation in the US. You have a very unique site here that is providing a great service to your fellow men-kind. Please don't bail. Yeah hookers are a quick fix, but it is a fleeting fix that won't resolve the Ameriskank problem. I dont understand the fascination with hookers and porn... I'm guessing you are going to go the x-rated way though winston.. it seems to be what you were pushing for before with the addition of chinese porn. I'm sure I speak for the majority of users on your forum when I say I don't want to be associated with any of that... so if and when you decide to do that, please delete my account and any contributions I have made. I don't want to have anything to do with either one. I think a large majority of potential expats will be turned off by the notion of travelling for 'hookers'.. By doing that you are in a large way suggesting that the users on your site belong to the 'dirty old men' category. What is the appeal of hookers anyway?

Anyone who has been to the red light districts of the world knows what I'm getting at... the guys who hang around girly bars are usually the kind of people associated with the criminal underworld or extremly awkard creepy mouth breather types... I'm proud to say that I'm neither of those.

How about we have a "don't ask, don't tell" policy? Like we don't condone hookers but we don't condemn them either? To each his own? In the Asia board, me and Mr S talk about bar girls a lot, for example. That's common place here. That hasn't been a problem yet. Nothing wrong with talking about it. Why censor a reality of expat life here?

Look at the big picture for a moment.

You say hookers are fleeting. Well so is marriage. Eventually you get bored with your wife, the sex feels like no sex, and it's just a normal routine lacking stimulation again. Life is like that. When you eat a good meal, it tastes good but it's fleeting too, so you have to eat again the next day. So why are hookers or bar girls so bad?

I mean, there are good bar girls and bad ones. The good ones give you an experience you won't forget. I've had several "nirvana" experiences with them.

Sometimes they give me a high and adrenaline rush, the kind that extreme skiiers get. It makes me feel alive. So no, to me it has value. It's not a zero sum game. I enjoy it and it makes me feel good and real emotions are exchanged sometimes. It's not true that it's all fake and only for money. That is a stereotype.

Where is the evil in all that? In every industry there are good and bad people. In the bar girl industry, there are good and bad bar girls. That's how it is. Why dismiss the whole thing as "bad"?

No, this site does not have to turn into a hooker-hookup site or a sex tourist site. I'm saying that guys who are happy with a whoremongering lifestyle are also "happier abroad" so why condemn them or censor them out? Why not just include that aspect under our "umbrella" of happier abroad? Why preach morals and values against them? Why be judgmental and condemning? Why be black and white? Why does it have to be all one way or the other? Why the mutual exclusivity?

I don't care if people talk about hookers here or not, but I what I don't want is the typical asshole frat boy stag party types coming in here as a result of that. Those are the pieces of shit who visit countries where everything is cheap, act like assholes, get drunk, cause trouble, fuck girls, and then leave in a few days. Their travels don't transform them: they leave with the same ignorant attitude they came with. These guys are also hypocrites who won't admit in public back in the US or the UK how much they like foreign girls. They might very well be the same people who criticize Winston's message. Why cater to them?

If members like the ones we already have want to talk about hookers they've banged, I don't think that's so terrible (after all, a few mention these things already), but I wouldn't want this site to become full of escort ads which would draw in less savory members (i.e. "Look at the tits on that chink!").

I know you're always looking for additional revenue, Winston, but it will backfire if this site becomes too trashy and most of the core members leave.

Sex tourism has a negative and illegal stigma because it is associated with child exploitation and prostitution. There are federal laws prohibiting aspects of sex tourism.

I say dating and romance keeps this site mainstream, legal and family friendly. Your overall message gets more traction with the mainstream if you keep it that way.

People can get sex in western culture easily enough. What they can't get is long term, stable and healthy relationships, something foreign women are more likely to offer.

Your site should focus on long term happiness and what people need for their own health and well being, rather than short term hedonism.
