I am thinking of flying over for a week or two this summer (between July and September) to the Philippines; the places people seem to recommend is Cebu, Cagayan, Davao. If he does take this route, I would suggest looking at tom leykis and how he setup his live online radio show in 2012. It would be cool to have callers call in to the show live and chat, it would increase engagement amongst other things.

I live in Toronto (east york area) and open to having meetups anywhere in the GTA as I drive.

Its quite simple to understand I think, people believe the lie of the american dream, the US being the most powerful and richest nation, and probably also because most americans dont travel outside of US for whatever reason.

Maybe it's all part of some conspiracy, maybe most people dont like change,
