I saw this earlier and thought of posting.
Apparently builders aren't allowed to whistle at girls anymore too.
This 'study' is completely overblown. I've never had 'sexual harrassment' in street even at night-time. I have felt slightly uncomfortable a couple of times (a line of taxi drivers hanging out their windows and having a bit of a stare) but I'm just too shy for that kind of thing. It's nothing to make you cry into your cup of tea and vow to become a nun.
Likely these really bad incidents happened in very bad areas where if the subject was a male, he might have had threatening comments made in a different way.
It's actually... dare I say it... quite nice to have a whistle/beep sometimes. At least you know you look alright

I say let the harassment begin.

Correction
Correction...
Myself I would NEVER harass women on the street. I far prefer to bend them over a sofa in private.
Fortunately, most of these "Activist socialist F**ktards" have a very low birthrate.
Occasionally I run into a few of them in my travels. In cases where they ask for directions, I enjoy directing them to the most
bawdy dangerous areas where they can enjoy their empowerment.
And slightly off topic- such women suck, American women suck, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc....well proven a few decades ago. Then what?
outwest.

This study is nothing but an excuse to raise paranoia. The UK is in reality very safe for females with regards to likelihood of getting harassed. The event that they talk about is a very rare one indeed. Maybe the dungaree-wearing, shot-putting feminazis that are likely behind this, spread this stuff don't like guys whistling at girls because no guys whistle at them lol.
It's crazy that some people today consider whislting to pretty girls in the street a form of harrassment. If however, you advocate that men should be allowed to whistle or shout 'oi-oi' to girls in the street, you get accused of advocating harrassment. Many girls that I've known see being whistled at as a COMPLEMENT. I don't know anyone who considers it creepy and perverted.
It's funny how, in most other forums, you mention something like this and BANG, that immediately makes you a mysogynist. They then resort to silly, bitchy personal attacks. It seems like an almost reflex reaction. Just for stating how males aught to be alllowed to behave like males.
I'm sorry feminazi dykes, blokes will be blokes and you can't change it. Maybe if you meet a feminazi you could try this chat-up line on one 'my bathroom, saturday night, don't forget your toolbox and welding gear' lol. Best complement you can give one.
In fact, polish guys in the UK have gotten into trouble for pinching girls bums because, over that that sort of behaviour is more common, yet is socially unacceptable over here. Yet apparrently, girls over there are used to that sort of thing happening, according to what some have told me. I wouldn't mind hearing some views on this.
Btw, if a bloke got harrassed aggressively by a bunch of fat, desperate, drunk midle-aged swamp-donkeys, I wonder whether it would get a headline?
