A Week Away in April - Where to go?

Hey, I have a week off in April and looking to go to somewhere in East Europe for a few days, I did read about a place where the hotel has a disco in the basement and many girls frequent this joint looking for a guy to marry off...
I think it was Riga or Estonia or somewhere, anyways I am looking for an easy location with some girls, I don't mind paying for some company too, just want not to have to hire a car etc.
Done Krakow, Prague, Amsterdam etc...
Can anyone think of the place I read about?
