in latin america where the best place 4 girls if your black is it Brazil or Colombia ive been to loads of forum but none really new
both can be ok... argentina too
in brazil and colombia they have plenty of blacks but if you speak english then you'll have the gringo factor going for you which will make many girls interested in you.
if you're a good looking black male and can use the gringo factor in your favor, you can easily score.
Argentina is more european, so a black american male there can be "exotic" and it wont be hard for you to score.
