A good way to unplug from work is some Tai Chi moves.
Many work environments, in themselves, are caustic and can affect one mentally and emotionally, esp if there's no interrupt (and reset) button in there. In the past, work ended at 5:50-6PM. Today, it can go on into 9:30-10PM esp with high speed internet/VPN, etc.
Unfortunately, the mistake most ppl make is that they either jog really hard or lift weights really hard, mimicking the daily grind but in their subsequent workouts. Instead, I recommend the Tai Chi/Qigong, not because I necessarily believe that the meridians/universal energy movement has some magical effect but that the speed/pace is different and in itself, regardless of the bio-energetics, resets the clock.
