Montenegro temporary residency

Montenegro is a prospective EU member and it appears it will join the EU in the near future. Montenegro has many opportunities because it's on the Mediterranean, it's stable, and it's classified as a middle income country. They are very business friendly and they currently allow people to get a temporary residence visa if they take the steps to open a business in Montenegro. There is currently no minimum that is required to open a business in Montenegro (unlike most other countries in the EU).
Properties by the coast might also be a good investment because Montenegro has been becoming a very popular tourist destination, especially for Europeans.
Montenegro is located in Southern Europe. They have a Mediterranean climate, sunny beaches, and are ethnically Slavic. I think that I would definitely prefer to live in Montenegro more than Ireland because it seems like it would be a better fit for me.

Once a country joins the EU, it typically tightens immigration policies for all non-EU members. I believe that this opportunity for a new life in Montenegro is one of the best options an American has to move to Europe and become an entrepreneur. I'm not into technical things, so I believe I'm more suited towards the tourism or retail small business sector.
