It just goes to show the influence feminist social engineering has had on western society, and how many men have been conditioned to hate themselves.

There's one small thing I would add to point #39 (redefine your masculinity in a feminist way): many men don't feel comfortable with conventional notions of masculinity, and many don't express themselves in that way. For those that identify with that kind of experience, I think it's important to reflect critically, understand how one's experience differs from cultural norms of masculinity, and embrace those differences through a feminist lens.

If he's going to be that big of an emo tampon, he should just tie a string around his neck, hopefully in the form of a rope.

I got a little further than you before I had to close the window lol...I made it to #9 and that was it for me. This guy is a true definition of a mangina. It's so sad that some men have to conform to feminism in order to attempt to keep a woman happy. Total wasted efforts and energy in my opinion. For what we get in return, no woman is ever worth doing all that for.
