As soon as I saw the title of this thread, I knew it had to be somewhere in America. Only America would something so small and stupid be classified as such a huge thing.

In Mexico or any Latino country I been to I seen young kids and teens drinking beer in public and the cops dint say anything at all and they don't care. But in America u be arrested Taser and sent to prison this country got to many rules.
