He sees some of the extremism surrounding the prepping industry as hype, maybe even fearmongering. "It's so much more fun to worry about martial law than a hurricane. People like zombies as a marketing tool."

I have at least 9 months worth of storable food. There is a freshwater stream 50 feet from my front door. I have a gravity purifier that can turn mud into potable water. I live 5+ miles outside of town, and there is only one road into or out of this area. Things could be worse.
