I have used google's stock screener.
stockconsultant.com will analyze any stock to see if it's bullish or bearish.

That one is new to me.
The ones I've used in the past (like ami, tc2k, etc) let you put in the screening criteria (and even let you code your own indicators) and they would sort through the database(s) and return the tickers and back test results.

Trying to make money with individual stocks is impossible to do consistently. Academic research has shown that even the experts do no better than chance. This can be proven because past performance does not correlate with future performance. A monkey throwing darts at a list of stocks will do just as well by random chance. The only free lunch in investing is diversification, in other words, index funds.

I used to have a Bloomberg terminal at my desk. That's the elite shit.
If not that just use any random crap online. All you need is the basic data, it's up to you to analyst and make the decision.

I usually use the tools given to me in my online brokerage account. They seem to be pretty decent. I use TradeKing.
