Which one of these have women that contrast Shanghainese women i.e they aren't bitchy, entitled, cold, westernised e.t.c

I've been to Wuhan - the weather is bad and there's not much for foreigners. I didn't think the women there were particularly hot, not like in the smaller cities in Hubei.

If you want to study business go to Guangzhou or Shenzhen, or if you're academic, go to Chengdu. Changsha is worth a look if you can find a position there.
