I'm not a real big Tommy Sotomayor listener, but lately, there's been a ton of videos mocking him from some dude named Tariq Nasheed. And they've been bashing each other ever since.

What's the reason for the beef? Is it because some Blacks accuse Tommy of hatin' on Black women and being a sellout to Whites? Or, is something else?

Yeah Im not sure how it started but from what I heard was that Sotomayor has been taking cheap shots at Nasheed for months.....Which Nasheed Finally responded...

Tommy also asked Tariq why he didnt cover the Jewish involvement in the African Slave Trade in Tariq's Hidden Colors series...And Tariq was like he covered the White Supremacy aspect of it which should cover everything and that if he didnt like it then he should create his own documentary...Which Tommy has yet to do...

Tariq is also pissed that he gave Sotomayor a $1000 for Tommy's Fatherless America Series (which he raised $38,000 for) and he has yet to create the documentary...(sucker!) And I beleive Tariq is suing him for the $1000 back....

Thats basically why there beefing....I used to watch Tommy's stuff regularly but now I just find him to be bitchy and emotional like a woman just beefing with everyone.....I used to also follow Tommy on FB (before I deleted FB, got tired of that bullshit!) and anyone who disagrees he threatens to ban them....Its funny how he has people on his FB walking on eggshells....

Whoah-ooooo-whoa.
Even though you had my back before; we have to agree to disagree on this one. I truly believe that Tommy will drop the movie. I thought for one week only that he wasn't going to drop the movie, but then common sense kicked in, and I've realized that pre-, regular, and post-production takes months.

I feel he will drop the movie. Too many disenfranchised fathers in the US of Gay need this movie. This will shut down a lot of feminism if not misandry to be shut down.

I like Tariq's podcasts dating back to 2009, but I stopped being a fanatic of Tariq last year (way before this battle had began).

I feel Tommy made a legitimate point, yet Tariq flipped out and went at Tommy full-speed-ahead to try to break him down to a molecule from a chemical compound.

Tariq Nasheed sucks and so does his Hidden Colors movies.

Just more crabs in the bucket and distraction BS. It seems like Black folks aren't going to get together or be able to work together and build at all, which means that we will be destroyed in the near future.

Those of us that are lucky, if there are any of us, may be able to work with others and find opportunities elsewhere, at least temporarily, but those opportunities will be few.

Tariq Nasheed has been a brand for several years now. He markets his Art of Macking books and he has been on the speaking circuit, even at Harvard. However, I find his material to be sophomoric and gimmicky. He is a ghetto PUA of sorts, but he goes into other issues at times.

Tommy Sotomayor is a MGHOW of sorts, but he is a relative newcomer to the scene and he has a website and several channels on Youtube. Sotomayor's commentary has been cutting edge and on point and I feel Nasheed is a bit jealous as he is feeling less relevant. Nasheed is a narcissist and anyone who knows about cluster B personality disorders will know how they react when the spotlight is not on them.

I am sad to see Sotomayor being dragged into this petty dispute when he should be making more videos about true things no one else wants to touch, but such is the life of a successful black man. Other blacks want you out of the way. It is like that on the street and in the blogosphere.
