Example of the difference between American women and ....

Even though Asian girls become Americanized in the US, somehow, they still know the difference between dressing like a lady vs dressing like a man, and care about how they present themselves in public.
In all my 8 trips in the Philippines and 5 times in countries of South America, I literally never see this kind of thing. Why do a large % of American women have to go out in public like this?
Americans , the vast majority of whom have never traveled outside their own matrix have no idea how this kind of thing is solely unique to American women.
Maybe we should give her a pass for at least giving us a small hint that she is a woman due to her hair band.
FEMININE ASIAN AMERICAN WOMEN - Asian American women usually make it obvious what they are, .... Ya know, that they are women.
