Our rulers ( MALES ) who are promoting this divide the sexes to the core know you need intelligent males to keep a first order world civilization afloat so I believe for sure they do not want this standard of excellence but for themselves and the rest of us are to shiver in the cold as Webster Tarpley stated.

You will notice most of the jobs the women claim they are mistreated in have little to do with real productive production and more to do with robbing the industrious males of the fair percentage of the fruits of their labor through paper shuffling and gimmicks created by the state.
