Most efficient way to meet filipinas?

Just getting burnt out by being sucked into dateinasia and filipinocupid for many hours on end before my trip

Was thinking of other methods which may seem healthier and more productive longer term, such as:
-meeting girls in the malls, out and about ( an ugly troll looking dude from germany seemed to land a tomb raider super hotty this way )
-singles cruises, meetup groups, or just focusing on adventures in the islands and meeting girls on the way
-passing out business cards en masse, following up with girls i like
-creating a 'pull' strategy, where one is authority figure of some kind, organizing an event etc
-through networking in the philippines
-through expats and their network
-Through rotary clubs, or clubs with widespread networks
-Bar scene and PUA /seduction methods, street approaches
-A combination of above

Ill be in philippines for anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks on this stint, looking to come back more regularly

I seemed to have most success in the past with DIA, but it took a fair bit of consistent daily effort to get dates that turned into lays, didnt seem to meet anyone long term from that but at the same time i wasnt physically in my prime at the time being run down by the tropics a bit for 6 months
