Are they always athletic and try to be as beautiful as they can from a young age to try to become models or something? Or is that just a common thing for a majority or large minority of them?

One of my favorites, I'll just call her "Tatiana" although that's not her actual name, is a gymnast and does many other sports including competitive cheerleading. She also has abs because she does a lot of sports.

The documentary about girls becoming models, many of them start trying out at a young age and take lessons paid for by their parents.

Dance lessons are also very popular.

Even Yulia had videos exercising and both Yulia and Vera couldn't have gotten their great bodies without a lot of exercise for at least one year non-stop if not years.
