How do you younger lads plan on settling down and remaining content with just one beautiful woman, since you’ve spent the bulk of your youth fantasizing about all sorts of different women?

Same question goes out to the older gentlemen who’ve stayed loyal.

Speak for yourself. Junk food/sex is indeed bad. Nothing wrong with good food/sex enjoyed for their own sake, which is what intelligent long-term oriented hedonism amounts to.
