In my experience,

1. They take off a lot of time to take care of things related to their kids.
2. When they're at work, they spend a lot of time engaging in gossip and stirring up petty drama.

If they are less productive than men, why should they be paid as much?

The video does not even match the thread title. The video addresses why top tier men out-perform and out-earn women in the exclusive professional categories, but it does not address the lower income of women in general outside that top 5%.

For starters, there are legal requirements to pay women and men the same for the same work in both America and in Canada. It is illegal to do otherwise.

But the key is that women EARN less money than men EARN in the aggregate because women are more likely to work part time jobs, in lower paying capacities, and dedicate fewer hours to work often because of competing responsibilities at home.

So to paint the issue as women getting paid less is to be as dishonest as a rabid feminist. Women simply EARN less than men for reasons of personal choice and personal inclination.

If you start seeing more women working full-time in the hot sweltering sun (electrical wire techs, commercial divers, miners, oil rig workers, oil sands workers, truck drivers, underwater welders, military special operators, construction workers, airline ground support workers, instead of in air-conditioned offices, you would see the earnings disparity go away. Don't hold your breath.....

Also they are batshit insane nasty and unpleasant mentally ill grown children capable of only the most menial tasks and typically shun dangerous and hard work. In fact they are obscenely overpaid on the whole. As usual Juden Peterstein is acting as a gatekeeper and telling only part of the story.

Excellent points, women by choice refuse to work in blue collar jobs (which a lot of the time pay very well). They also take much more time off than men do.

Around halfway through the vid he makes a very important point: That when you double the labor force you halve the value of labor, and this has the effect of sabotaging the traditional one-income family. Now either the man and the woman both have to work, or else the sole provider needs to become that much more wealthy/successful/lucky than traditional providers in times past; an unrealistic standard for men.

In other words, even a couple trying to resist the cultural current by having a traditional marriage will find it much more difficult to pull it off. Better not to even try. All men must realize that it is NOT a man's responsibility to take care of a woman in an egalitarian society.

That would go against male evolutionary psychology. Most men will always be wired to care for a woman and his (and sometimes another man's) offspring.

Whether they SHOULD do that is another question entirely.

^A lot of things about egalitarianism go against evolutionary psychology. I'm not the one who imposed this on us all.

Just never have a woman for a boss! Even most women prefer to have a man for a boss instead of a woman!
