I cashed out. I want to wait to see a correction in price or a confirmation of the positive trend higher.
I missed out on massive gains (percentage, not nominal), since I sold on Christmas Eve. Christmas was a massive gain.

I guess it is okay. I just thought it might drop since most people would be doing things with other people on Christmas.

I won't be buying back in at these prices.

Nothing looks worth investing in right now. When I need to get the money abroad, I will do a quick buy bitcoin and transfer it to myself then sell just because I can't do a cash transfer.

I should have kept my bitcoin that I sold on Christmas Eve. I just didn't think it could keep going parabolic like it has been without a drop...but I guess with all the mega wealthy getting in on it and other people just buying with all the news, it is.

Would have essentially more than doubled my money...

I guess I will buy Ethereum if it is still under $1,200.

If you had bought Bitcoin in 2011 when it was $200 you'd be retired living on your own island.

As I'm writing this the price is now $39,206

This is a syop by the banks IMO, it shows how messed up socialism/communism cattle control based on legalized counterfeiting really is at it's core... Taco I watched the episode on Max Kieser when it was a $ and laughed, the technology is obsolete and it's all bull shit.

Made another mistake yesterday. I bought Ethereum when it dropped to the $1470s very early in the morning my time, then held onto it. I sold it at a loss when it dropped to the $1460s for the third time which was around 7 am on the east coast of the US. I knew should have kept it but I sold it. Would have had almost +10% in under 36 hours instead of a -1.5% loss on that trade. Most of the loss was from fees and not the drop. I knew the odds were that an inverted head and shoulders pattern was forming on the 5 hours, it was probably too oversold for that day, and it dropped too much so needed a bounce. Should have been willing to accept a $100 loss since I was expecting at least a $100 bounce within 24 hours. I just have money worries. I also figured that when it was active hours in America that Ethereum was rise. Must be the f***ing Bots that drove the price of Ethereum lower to get more cheap because 1 hour later it was above $1500.

I am trying to trade crypto to boost my money while the volatility and clear trading is around. I don't trust crypto too much with the charts now broken, the risk of US anti-money laundering rules being implemented for crypto even worse than the EU's anti-money laundering regulations, and because crypto really is backed by nothing. It is more like a financial trading game of musical chairs. But there is no sane investing anymore. What was left if it died in 2008-2010. Everything is manipulated, a scam, or just rigged. Gold is kept artificially low, stocks are all in a bubble, and crypto is like musical chairs or a pyramid scheme. Fiat currency is like waves in the sea and their purchasing power collapsing, especially with 0% rates and monetary easing.

I really shouldn't read the news articles about crypto or comments of people. Every time I do is when I made a mistake because I stop trusting my own judgement.

This is such a classic bubble. I don't know what will cause it to burst but at least when the tulip bubble burst the bulbs were actually useful.

I lost more than 33% total gains on crypto since I sold it last week in my biggest crypto mistake of 2021. I wish I bought crypto in 2020. A series of things like the stimulus and Ethereum's 1559 came out too sending it back to almost it's record high set earlier in 2021.

Today is a day where if I had a girlfriend, I would tell her to come over so I could have have pleasurable fun with her all day long.

I wonder how high we are going in 2021. Will it be $70k or maybe even $100k? I read a lot of articles at https://bitcoin-trading.io/ saying that at the moment we have fundamental bull run news. Say, about Musk's crypto influence or different cases of mass adoption (the other day USDC came to Visa). All the ado is a sign of ongoing growth, my opinion.

I assume much higher since the price of Bitcoin reflects the number of morons in the world with money. And I am glad about this because Bitcoin should draw in all the morons before it collapses and ends the financial power of these morons.

I am thinking about jumping on the bandwagon, putting in a few hundred, taking the same amount of chips out and putting them in my pocket if it goes up more, and hopefully it won't crash like tulip bulbs on the Dutch stock market. I could lose a few hundred if this is a bubble.

Where should I buy bit coin? I was thinking of using PayPal since I already have a password, but I just read they make you keep the cash in paypal and do not give you the keys to the currency. The also have a spread of about 4% now.

Which site should I buy from? Is there an up-and-coming really secure crypto-currency like this?

The banks are more than likely the ones doing this.

BTC will beat them all in the long run. That is my prediction :) It can no longer be stopped.

The conventional wisdom, which I agree with, seems to be that this is bitcoin's last hurrah. It will rise quite high and then crash to practically nothing in the next few months. It has no long term future due to its lack of privacy.
