It could be that the video is unlisted, and recently YouTube said all unlisted videos will be set to private that are a certain age or uploaded a few years ago. I'll check the settings. It is an intro video made by JamesBond.

YouTube automatically made older videos that were unlisted into private videos, to comply with some law or technicality. That's why that happened.
Btw, why were you trying to watch that video Tsar? Didn't you see it before already? That video has been around for a long time.
