Can vegetarians eat human meat?

Vegetarians don't eat animals but humans are not exactly animals. We're in the same overall category of lifeform but we're not exactly animals.
So, what does everyone think?
Can vegetarians eat human meat or would eating it mean they're no longer vegetarian?

human meat creates sicknesses and also genetic diseases in humans.interesting that the exact sicknesses that typically only cannibals have in papua new guneau and africa,the jews have as 'genetic'diseases.

I haven't heard of human meat causing any kind of sickness at all. There are plenty of cannibalistic tribes living in the wilderness and I don't think it does them any harm. I have read that eating a human brain however can cause you to go insane.
Frequent eating of it creates diseases yes,due to a particular enzyme in human meat that humans cannot process,and besides the cannibals in the wilderness and Congo that get them,the Jews have them as' genetic diseases'lmao
maybe the blood libel is true?
