First of all no woman will marry him. Even if he is promiscuous no woman will lie down with him because he's smelly. He might be able to pay for sex but many prostitutes would even turn him down.
His only option is to masturbate to good porn. Good porn in many cases is better than sex with a woman.
He could also get a sex doll though I don't think his dad would let him keep it in the house
