Xiangxicun Shenzhen

Post by zboy1 »

This is the infamous back alleys where Shenzhen prostitutes generally do their trade...There are other areas around the Guomao metro station including the Dongmen area and the streetwalkers near the Crowne Plaza hotel.

I don't normally advocate P4P, but my foreign friend in Shenzhen was really getting desperate for some poon, so he persuaded me to come with him to Luo Hu. I wanted to explore the area so we hitched the metro to Guomao station. The Xiangxicun area is near the Sunshine Hotel and the Golden Leaf Hotel.

This is a very seedy area so be careful. There are cops roaming around the area there, too. You will generally see females standing outside the three or four story apartment buildings in the back alleys sometimes, or some runner or pimp will take you to the prostitutes inside the apartment buildings.

I did not do the 'dirty business' with a hooker, because I felt that was beneath me. I waited outside while my friend 'did his business' inside the apartment building. He said the females were okay, and gave the girl he was with a 6.5. All for 150 to 200 yuan--which is not bad considering some escorts will charge 1000yuan for outcall services.

After that, we explored a bit of the area; lots of stores to shop and places to find bargains in. Plus, it's very close to the Hong Kong border, so lots of Western stores and restaurants (for those with a craving of things back home...)

I don't judge either, but if you are going overseas isn't the whole point to have a hot girlfriend?

A lot of divorced guys seem to have no problem with the exchange of money for sex. I appreciate my friendship with men that have been through that sort of thing because they see the financial transaction in all relationships. They can go to Manila on vacation and spend $30 bucks for a model hot woman or let some average chubby Americana take them to the cleaners in their next divorce. I can understand their point of view.

Oh, I agree. I'm a Libertarian in regards to these types of illicit activities, so I'm in favor of legalizing most things in the world including prostitution, drugs, and gambling.

I just find the idea of paying for sex with some hooker, beneath me. That's all. ...

Do the math in Thailand (or most other places for that matter) and it's cheaper to hire a ho than bother with dating. Just depends what you want really.

I sat in a seedy Bangkok bar last night and watched all manner of human goings on. A battle scarred British expat with his crazy ladyboy girlfriend. Another guy with two ladies. Some Thai guys playing pool for money. Some [very] lost farang couples stopping for a quick drink. Some Japanese retired guys who left me their delicious Japanese snacks.

Shame there wasn't more of that in China, but the Chinese don't seem to be into bars.

As to Shenzhen, I stayed in Lo Hu a couple of times. Most hotels are there are extensively used by johns. Shenzhen is OK but everything is more expensive than it is in Guangzhou.

I found some seedy areas in Baiyun, but it always felt pretty safe to walk around them.
I was Happier Abroad for a while but Covid killed that off.

If you are paying for a date with a girl (for dinner, a movie, wine, champagne etc) with the end goal of having sex with her, that is no difference than paying a prostitute in my eyes.

Seedy stuff is awesome.

Tonight I sat in my seedy Bangkok bar and watched a new ladyboy bar open opposite.

I've never seen such a large amount of outrageous behaviour since, well, probably last week.

I think they'll wear the mirror out with all that preening.

China needed more seedy stuff, like they had in Japan. Some freaking awesome stuff goes on in Japan, if you're sick enough to look
