Studying abroad in Korea and Taiwan

Hello,
I'm a Korean-AmericanI visited Busan to visit my relatives and was very impressed. Whemy uncle took me to visit his alma mater Pukyong National University I started thinking, "this is a nice school; it would be sick if I could get my master's here." Does anyone have any experience in getting government scholarships to attend Korean universities? If so could you please give me some advice?
PS I also intend to apply to study abroad to National Chengchi University so feel free to also help me decide which to accept if I am accepted to both. Thank you in advance for you're time.
