Advantages of Studying Abroad

Can you list the benefits of studying abroad in your own view? 
Major benefits:
1) escaping from western culture and women temporarily
2) experiencing a new culture, language and people
3) seeing first hand that foreign women and western women are VERY different.
If you plan to study abroad, do it on an exchange program. Do not study abroad and get a diploma from a non-western country. Future employment depends on this.
