Americans are callous and superficially friendly at best, and American women are, as one writer put it, an "international horror." I'm 50 and it took me until I listened to WW et al to realize that the problems with dating in America weren't just my own or human nature in general, but the culture itself.

If I can live on a few thousand a year someplace (maybe Philippines?) I'd like to retire early and partially make up for life wasted here.
