Where is the southern California of central/eastern Europe?

What countries in central or eastern Europe have blonde girls, good weather (NO HUMIDITY!!!), good surf, and a fun social vibe, where I can buy a house on the beach and have access to good education and health care?
Croatia looks amazing.

Yeah, Croatia would be the closest thing, though not too many natural blondes in southern Europe. The weather isn't as good as southern California, but is about as good as you'll get in Europe, unless you want to go down to Greece, Albania, Cyprus, etc., where the women have a different look. It's a beautiful country, which in some areas will remind you of California (as does Italy). The coastline is, IMO, as beautiful as Hwy 1 in California, though completely different in that there are 1100 islands off Croatia. I've spent a couple months there -- give it high marks all around.

Croatia and Montenegro have great beaches and resorts, but there is pretty nasty humidity there as well. As mentioned above though, not a lot of blondes. Croatia in particular is peopled primarily by skinny waifish brunettes rather than busty Hollywood blondes (this may change during the summer, when all the tourists start pouring in, if that's enough for you).
