To hire a personal assistant in Mexico, any person will be fine.

1. Carry suitcases if needed
2. Help carry groceries
3. Drive me to and from a place

Where can I hire someone like that online?

My health continues to become worse and I mean my physical symptoms.

March 2021, I was at my healthiest and best...but my health continues to decline so I am not even at 33% anymore...my I can't even lift 7 lb if I use my L Arm only...in Bulgaria I could lift 30-45 lb with either arm.

Is it safe if I use a debit card to order from an online pharmacy in Mexico?
