Going to Seoul this Wednesday - Any Recs by expats/locals?

I'm planning to take a 1 week trip to Seoul, S. Korea as long as situation w/N. Korea does not deteriorate any further. Going with gf. I haven't been there for many years.

Any good recs of places to go or things to do in the surrounding area? Where would you take visitors?

We will try to hit main tourist spots, some markets, suanas/hot springs, and nightspots. Is it possible to sky this early in the year?
