Something weird with the latest 100 page

When I navigate to the page, the list of topics appear for a second but then disappear. The rest of the page is fine. Very strange.

@Winston, any progress on this? Not being able to use the latest 100 page is annoying.

It's true, it disappears after a second after loading

This stopped happening for a while but now it is happening again.
