Banned posters

Every other forum I've even been on tells you whether a poster is banned or not by their name except for this one. Why? It's good when you read old threads to see who is banned or not and if someone stops posting you can know if it was because they were banned or not. There should be something near the posters name saying they were banned. Some will even say if it was just a temporary ban or permanent ban.

Isn't it already announced when someone is banned? I'm not opposed to your idea, but I am not sure whether its implementation is necessary. I suppose it's down to @Winston to decide. By the way, @Mercer, I like your profile image.
