Covid Restrictions in New South Wales

Are the reports of what is happening in NSW true? That a person can only travel up to half a mile out of his house and no farther even for groceries? That there is strict quarantine enforcement because a few people died of "Covid"?
Are 12 y/o girls getting beat up in the street for not complying with the Covid rules?
Are all the jobs there requiring that people be vaccinated in order to go to work?
Are masks required even while driving alone?
Are there multiple thousand dollar fines for traveling outside the half mile zone or going out without registering or permission?
Also, are there vaccinations required to go to the grocery store even if a person lives within the half mile distance limit?
