Can I exchange Ugandan Shillings in Luanda (Angola)?

Hi, I visited Uganda and I have so many Ugandan Shillings left since my last trip in Uganda and
I'd like to visit soon Angola. Could you tell me if it is easy or hard or impossible to exchange Ugandan Shillings to Angolan Kwanza or US dollars or Euro?
