You would want to be doing decent compound leg exercises such as squats and/or sldl as well. May as well do the arms, including biceps, while you are at it. You probably don't really need to consume all that stuff.

Do the whole body workout. Every muscle you can workout. My body size is bigger now since I try and workout everyday. Got complimented on my legs being the size of tree trunks. Also, I will try HGH, Serotonine and more vitamin-d doses.

Yes, the major compound exercises targeting the whole body in each workout about three times a week is what most trainers should start with.
