Wow...some genius comes up with the news flash that gorging on high sugar drinks could make you fat. Wow...what insight!
Piles of this kind of BS is of course seized on by the totalitarians like that jackass Bloomberg to micro-manage every life.

Soft drinks like Pepsi are full of animal-killing chemicals like rat poison, not to mention the stuff is highly acidic. I heard police clean blood off the road with fizzy soft drinks, haha.

I made a decision around 10 years ago to stop drinking soda pop. Once you quit, it's not hard to live without.

I've gravitated to the artificial juice drinks. WAY better than the "real" stuff at supermarkets. :)

I consume water like mad. Water is an excellent substitution for soda/pop.

Get a juicer :!: Try juicing apples or carrots or oranges ... juices you like any combinations or pure ... I juice raw cucumber, cabage, celery, pumkin, watercress, tomatos & then I sweeten it with handfuls of grapes or an apple ... I make my own V8 juice all natural ... it's delicious decadence & hydrating .. I have amazing skin due to all the fresh veg & fruit I drink. It's loaded with viatamis & minerals too & yummy!
