Magnesium Deficiency In Western Countries

80% of people that eat a standard western diet have Magnesium deficiency and don't know it. Symptoms include poor concentration, headaches, muscle cramps, irritability, insomnia, depression, fatigue, and heart attacks. Consumption of wheat, rice, sugar and caffeine are to blame as they are all anti-nutrients. Its one of the reasons hospitals never seem to run out of patients. If you have a chronic health problem you need to stop eating these foods and take a Magnesium supplement. I personally find Magnesium Chloride spray to be the most helpful.
