Wow check out the benefits of red light therapy. I didn't know light could heal, but apparently it does if it's red or amber or orange. There's scientific evidence to back it up too, not just anecdotes. Red light has health benefits and eye and vision benefits too. See the videos below. You can get red light devices on Amazon or Ebay. If they come from China they are much cheaper yet decent quality.

Here are some full interviews with a red light therapy expert and professor from London.

In contrast, here's why blue light from LED screens is bad for you. It causes eye strain, messes up your sleep at night, and causes depression and other issues. To combat this, turn on the reading mode on your phone or computer for warmer hues. Or use a blue light screen filter on your phone or monitor. Or wear blue light blocking glasses that have yellow or red or amber color shades, because those colors are best for blocking blue light.

Matt McKinley did a video about the harmful effects of blue light too, and says it's a deliberate conspiracy to make us unhealthy by the dark matrix, which he calls the Notnilc. @kangarunner enjoyed this one too. Matt is funny and witty.
