but i think taking fresh fruits and vegetable is more appropriate than taking supplement..

there would be more benefits than the supplements..

with fruits and vegetables you will be sure that there will be no side effects..

I totally agree with you on this one. Our body just work exactly like any other piece of machinery. We need things that are essential to our body and have it in an adequate amount. The fact is that most of the time, we can’t absorb the vitamins and minerals we need through food, and that is the main reason why we need supplement. But by eating healthy, there’s no need to spend more money on getting supplements.
