That is a standard order of chicken salad at chicken restaurant down the street from work in Mission Viejo. Yes, it's quite good.
There's a restaurant in South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa) called Seasons 52 where all entrees are under 475 calories. But it can add up quickly if you order appetizer, wine, and desert.
