Has anybody researched Hydrogen powered Vehicles? BMW Leno

I never a seem to follow anything up but years ago I saw where Jay Leno was driving a finished high end BMW sedan and the product is for sale, there are videos on that and also a good video on a guy named Bob Lazar who is supposed to be an area 51 conspiracy guy and he has a video of him and his 94 corvette and he explains the process he uses to do his vette but I believe the powers that be stopped him and his company from a finished product.

Any info on this would be great, also the Genepax hydrogen generator was something that looked real.
