That's a good point, there are SOME attractive women like the girls in that video in the US but they are a minority. It's still nice to see hot looking women perform in a music video, even though you may not see many of them in real life.

The standard of beauty itself is somewhat elitist. If half the women out there looked like Pamla Anderson, then she'd be considered plain or average and not attractive. To be considered above average, you must define a curve that excludes the majority from the most desirable portion of the curve. That is the nature of things.

In the past when most people barely had enough to eat, the standard of beauty would sometimes shift toward "a little chubby", because only a small % of the girls were "well fed". So if she's bone skinny, she's probably a poor peasant farmer's daughtger. Voluptuous women were rare and desirable.

When a guy goes overseas to say, Ukraine or Russia and see's all the hot women there, he compares them to the all the average looking and unattractive women he is used to seeing in the US.

I guess the guys who live in Ukraine and Russia are in for a culture shock if they ever travel or move to the US. Then they will see all of the fat and ugly women we have here in America! This will make them want to go back to their home countries as soon as possible!
