Jeff Goldblum is giving marriage another shot.

The 61-year-old "Jurassic Park" actor proposed to his 31-year-old lady love, Emilie Livingston, while vacationing in Hawaii on July 8. Livingston, who is 30 years his junior, took to social media to share the happy news along with pictures posing with her husband-to-be.

This marks the third marriage for Goldblum, who was first married to "Silverado" co-star Patricia Gaul for six years before divorcing in 1986. His second union was to his three-time co-star Geena Davis from 1987 to 1990.

Goldblum is known to have genital herpes. I'm sure this young lady does too and that likely factors into this union. Why not marry and not infect others or contract any other STDs.

You would be surpised how many celebrities and non-celebs have genital herpes. Most of the celeb females contracted it from Derek Jeter of Yankees fame as he did not know he had it for years....

Wow, and he's not even good-looking. And I don't think his career is doing all that great either. I guess even minor celebrities are considered alpha males here.

The dude is about 6'6'', rich and famous so he can still land a young woman. I just hope he's got a pre-nup he's going to need it.

Yep, the 3 H's: Height, High Income and Handsome (at least in her eyes, for the time being).
Add to that fame and influence and you've got all the ingredients to attract a young trophy wife.

But the divorce courts usually ignores pre-nups and y'all know she's going to get quite a wealth transfer through confiscation of his assets.
