Minority Report Message

The new Minority Report TV series wasn't kidding about the minority part!
The story takes place in the year 2065. Although the main character is a white guy, nearly all other characters are black, hispanic or Asian. Political figures and people in positions of power are minorities as well. Even in crowd scenes we see a world populated by blacks, hispanics and asians. There are very few white people in this show's year 2065. Most of them are in the mental institution scene.
Are they trying to say something?
