One thing that is a constant thought of mine when I hear incels speak is that they do not realize it is not about sex. They are suffering from being devalued as men, period. To be a man in the West is to be ignored, abused, insulted, and treated as if he does not matter, sex or no sex.
To be a young female is to be exalted as a first class citizen and these men can only fathom their lack of sexual success instead of understanding the bigger picture.

The sad thing is if most incels got lucky with a hot girl, they would have the monkey of virginity off of their backs but still be miserable. Sex is overrated and Hollywood and mass media make young men feel as if they are losing out when they are not.

Personally, sex is risky and can be hazardous to one's physical, emotional, and financial health in the wrong circumstances. These incels are shielded from much of that, but because the nice guy always gets the girl in the movies, they feel they are being deprived of something.

I do believe young men seek female approval far above and beyond make approval. Males are conditioned to seek the approval of females from infancy, to their female teachers, and then to their female peers. Male approval is desirable, but it is not even close.

On the question of exalted females in the West, the evidence is incontrovertible. The phrase "Be careful of what you wish for" certainly comes into fruition where serious relationships are concerned - and some of these guys are looking for just that. Studies have confirmed that "decent looks" currently means being in the top 10%.
