Here is an American girl stating why she won't approach men (she only want's men approaching her).

Not surprising to hear what she has to say. Quite a few white women (non American) have expressed similar sentiments before. Usually the ones I know with asian boyfriends/husbands have said that they were the rare ones extroverted enough to approach them to begin with.

It's not just being extroverted enough but having the social skills to carry it off as well.
